Dynamic, Well-Known Insurance Company seeks a temporary full-time as soon as possible. Looking for a high-performing Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to Management. The assignment duration will be approximately 5-6 months with the possibility to of permanent employment.

Responsibilities:

Data entry, filing and typing; prepare and distribute office correspondence and mail; purchase and maintain inventory of supplies; maintain manager?s calendar of appointments; answer phones and greet visitors

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Proficient in MS Word and Excel

- 2-5 years related experience

- H.S. Diploma or equivalent
