Perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections according to manufacturer specifications Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including brakes, steering, and suspensions Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding vehicle conditions and potential issues Maintain cleanliness and functionality of work equipment and tools Adhere to all company policies and procedures, along with safety guidelines Attend and actively participate in training sessions and workshops to improve skills and stay updated with industry trends Basic understanding of automotive systems and components Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Basic computer proficiency and ability to use diagnostic tools Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k ASE Certification preferred (can be pursued after employment) Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
