meet these qualifications will not be considered. A school-based
services provider is seeking Substitute Paraprofessionals to
deliver instructional and behavioral assistance for temporary or
on-call assignments. The position supports educators in maintaining
effective classroom environments that meet diverse student needs.
Responsibilities / Duties: Provide classroom supervision,
instructional reinforcement, and behavioral guidance Assist in the
implementation of IEP goals and individualized instruction Maintain
safety and order throughout the school day, including during
transitions Support student social, academic, and emotional
development Ensure compliance with all district safety and
confidentiality requirements Qualifications / Desired Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework
preferred Prior paraprofessional, aide, or school support
experience desirable Must be willing to complete additional
fingerprinting and background screening Patient, dependable, and
capable of managing dynamic classroom environments Excellent
communication and collaboration skills Applicants should submit a
rsum and indicate availability for substitute assignments and
fingerprinting readiness. Hours are not guaranteed and shifts will
be offered on an as-needed basis according to school needs.
Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $48.52. This
posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
