CONSULTANT MUST BE LOCAL MUST HAVE SKILLS: --- 1 year of experience working with computer or information systems,--- 1 year of work experience supporting testing and troubleshooting on EMS systems, SCADA front ends, communications, and supporting applications. --- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.--- Competitive candidates must have strong technical and analytical skills.--- Competitive candidates should demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to take initiative--- Experience with MS Professional Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, Visio) Responsibilities:--- Participate in weekly Team calls to plan work and resolve issues--- Perform SCADA modeling, troubleshooting of SCADA communications, SCADA controls and UI in support of TSRP.--- Perform testing and troubleshooting on EMS systems, including SCADA model, SCADA front-ends, communications, and supporting applications in support of the TSRP.--- Perform UI changes as necessary to support SCADA point to point testing.
