Salary: $80,000 - $150,000 per year

Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Engineer to join our team in the engineering industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in roofing, contractor, construction, roof design, testing protocols, codes, roof deck, and commercial projects. This is a full-time position that offers excellent benefits and a competitive salary.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and development to create new roofing products that meet industry standards and regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop roofing systems that meet customer needs and project specifications
• Manage the testing and validation of new products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
• Analyze data and provide recommendations to improve product performance, quality, and cost-effectiveness
• Provide technical support to customers, sales teams, and contractors on product installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and codes related to roofing and construction
• Participate in product training and development to enhance technical knowledge and skills Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in roofing, contractor, construction, roof design, testing protocols, codes, roof deck, and commercial projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and codes related to roofing and construction
  • Ability to travel to project sites and customer locations as needed
