Range: $120,000 - $150,000 /year (based on experience) Pacific
Coast Producers (PCP), a growing agricultural cooperative with food
production facilities across the West Coast, is seeking an
experienced and strategic Operations Manager to lead our new
Distribution Center in Woodland, CA . PCP is dedicated to investing
in its people and fostering a culture of service, where each
employee can do their best to make affordable, high-quality food
for customers across North America. This facility is a year-round
labeling and shipping operation with approximately 70 employees and
three production lines. What You’ll Do Reporting to the Senior
Director of Supply Chain, this position has overall responsibility
for production, safety, inventory, and facility-related activities.
You will: Direct and manage all facility operations, including
production labeling lines, maintenance, inventory control, quality
and shipping/receiving. Establish and monitor overall facility
performance for production and quality standards, implementing
enhancement techniques to increase output and reduce costs. Develop
and control profit plans and budgets; implement cost-effective
systems of control over capital, operating expenditures, and labor.
Provide direct supervision, coaching, and leadership to shift
supervisors, ensuring a culture of service and continuous
improvement. Oversee the facility-wide safety program, sanitation
protocols, and environmental standards to ensure a safe and
organized work environment. Manage capital asset maintenance,
including preventative maintenance programs and the proposal of new
capital projects to improve operational performance. Administer
company policies and CBA rules, managing personnel performance
including training and discipline. Requirements Bachelor’s degree
in business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
is preferred. At least 5 years of progressively responsible
management experience in a food or beverage manufacturing
environment. Demonstrated experience managing in a Collective
Bargaining (CBA) environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
(specifically Excel and Word) and hands-on experience with ERP
systems. Familiarity with JD Edwards and WMS is a definite plus.
Strong background in managing multiple projects on tight deadlines
with the ability to delegate effectively and make sound decisions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively
lead a diverse team. Physical Requirements Frequent physical

on experience). This is a full-time, on-site role based at our
distribution center in Woodland, CA. The base salary range reflects
the reasonable expectation for what the company anticipates paying
