Job Description:
As an Operations Program Specialist you will engage with an
experienced cross-disciplinary staff to conceive, design and
develop innovative consumer products. You must be responsive,
flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer
environment. The Product Operations team is looking for an
individual who wants to work on a cool products that are growing at
a rapid pace. We are a critical part of the hardware development
process. The Operations Program Specialist will ensure ongoing
support, help grow the capabilities of our current processes to
meet our needs, and drive continuous improvement. While your
primary responsibility will be to support the Technical Program
Manager and Operations Program Manager, you will also work with a
cross-functional team that includes Engineering, Global Commodity
Managers, Quality, Product Integrity, Contract Manufacturers, etc.
In this role, you will: - Deliver results on moderately-complex
medium to large scale projects involving teams across the company.
- Create and manage the Build Matrix conigurations for NPI builds.
- Create and structure Bill of Materials (BOM) and communicate new
part numbers to internal teams, and with the Contract Manufacturer.
- Write Engineering Change Orders (ECO) in Agile and manage changes
to the BOMs. - Lead weekly Build Matrix meetings with cross
functional teams. - Track prototype device allocations. - Create
and manage Purchase Orders in Coupa for NPI builds. - 5 years of
program or project management experience - 5 years of working cross
functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 5 years of
defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using
data and metrics experience - 4 years of supply chain experience -
Bachelor's degree - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at
an advanced level and SQL - Experience defining program
requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements -
3 years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results
to senior leadership experience - 3 years of driving process
improvements experience - Experience in stakeholder management,
dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the
organization - Experience building processes, project management,
and schedules - Experience working with Data & AI related
technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI,

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
