We're hiring a dynamic project manager who will be managing and working with tradesmen and laborers to complete ongoing and special projects. This position requires flexibility, critical thinking and a get it done attitude. You will be communicating with the owner and the team on a daily basis, organizing and prioritizing daily/weekly tasks and projects which include managing home updating projects, staging service, farm projects, and community events. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter who enjoys organizational excellence, customer service, getting things done, and has exceptional interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: --- Overseeing home updating projects preparing for sale or short term rental --- Staging - Moving furniture to and from homes being listed for sale or rented --- Driving trucks with trailers to haul equipment, furniture or going to the dump --- Tractor work - mowing weeds for fire protection or preparing for planting --- Running small equipment like chain saws, log splitter, mulcher, and weed trimmer --- Organizing storage for staging and home and farm supplies --- Maintaining equipment to keep the operation running smoothly --- Managing/installing real estate signage --- Managing farm seasonal projects --- Running errands and anything else that needs to be done Qualifications: --- Experience with safely running machinery --- Class A license preferred --- Experience managing projects --- Exceptional communication skills --- Able to lift 75 lbs Compensation: $52,000
