We're hiring a full-time Real Estate Team, Sales Leader and
recruiter who can find talent, nurture and hire exceptional
recruits. You'll be responsible for ensuring that each candidate
meets our high-performance standards and is a good culture fit for
the team. You will also be responsible for training, coaching and
holding the team accountable to the team's goals. Our ideal

tenure. Responsibilities: Oversee the steps in hiring, from
interview scheduling, making recommendations on top talent and
following up with those who are not selected Put steps in place to
scale the recruiting process and ensure candidates are high quality
Find new talent for our sales team success and encourage them to
join through phone calls, emails, in-person appointments, or other
forms of communication Provide regular progress reports to the team
on which recruiting methods are most successful Make sure all
candidate files are properly stored and managed to assure privacy
and keep information readily available --- Run inspirational sales
meetings --- Coach agents to build communication/phone skills ---
Set aggressive, yet realistic goals and build business plans with
Agents --- Hold Agents accountable to their commitments
Qualifications: 2+ years experience in real estate recruiting,
sales, or related position --- Organizational skills ---
Comfortable working with technology platforms --- Comfortable
talking with new people --- Drives consistent follow-up --- Not
afraid to hold others accountable --- Leads by example
Compensation: $68,000 - $76,000 yearly
