We own and operate seven locations across Santa Cruz and Santa Clara Counties.This role involves leading, inspiring, coordinating, and managing a team of up to 20+ staff members, overseeing operations as directed, and ensuring the highest quality of customer service and products.The successful candidate will uphold our standards of excellence, execute strategic goals, and maintain profitability by delivering exceptional guest experiences while managing costs. They will work closely with the management team and foster a positive environment from greeting to farewell.All managers maintain a regular presence at their locations to implement strategic initiatives and uphold brand standards. They inspire teams through coaching and mentoring, contribute to our culture of excellence, growth, and accountability, and build relationships with team members, vendors, patrons, and the community.The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, critical thinking abilities, and excellent organizational skills.   • Ability to work 40+ hours weekly, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills
  • Experience leading in fast-paced hospitality or food service environments
  • Logistical, coordination, multi-tasking, and project management skills
