Job Description:

Evolve Healthcare Inc is actively seeking LCSWs for immediate opportunities in California to include these cities, Stockton, Vacaville, San Diego, Delano, Ione among others.

LCSWs are needed for various day shifts both Full Time and Part Time, lasting 26 weeks to permanent placement (depending on facility). Duties include assessment, diagnosis and plan of treatment, perform psychiatric social work, counsel throughout the rehabilitative process, all in a collaborative environment. In addition, some may serve as case managers and advise policy makers, while others perform administrative duties.

  Qualifications/Requirements:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Valid CA license issued by CBBS**
    
  • Masters Degree from an accredited institution
    
  • Cerner experience preferred
    
  • Minimum 2 - 5 year of experience
    
  • Knowledge of scope and activities of public and private health and welfare agencies;
    
  • Understand characteristics of mental, developmental, and physical disabilities;
    
  • Up to date with current trends in mental health, public health and public welfare, and federal and State programs in these fields
    
    
    Compensation:

    • $65.00- $75.00 per/hr based on location
      
    • Tax free allowance available for travelers
      
    • Commute must be 50 mile or greater to qualify for travel stipends
