We’re a 2-doctor (looking to add our 3rd!), full-service practice serving primarily companion animals with a collaborative team culture that values laughter, balance, and top-tier medicine. The Medical Director Opportunity As our Medical Director, you will: - Serve as the clinical leader of the hospital, driving medical quality and patient care standards. - Provide mentorship and oversight for associate veterinarians. - Partner with the Hospital Manager to manage hospital operations, including budgeting, staffing, and workflow optimization. - Promote a collaborative, supportive, and positive team environment. - Help identify and implement new service offerings aligned with your areas of interest. - This is a unique opportunity to join a thriving team, step into a leadership role with significant influence, and still enjoy a flexible schedule and work-life balance.
