Location: Vacaville, CA Compensation: Base salary up to
$150,00-$180,000 with production bonuses | Generous
sign-on/retention/relocation bonuses | Negotiable based on

Director to lead our talented team in our brand-new,
state-of-the-art facility. With more than 60 years of service in
the community and a recently expanded hospital, we’re ready for our
next phase of growth—and we’re looking for a leader to help shape
that future. We’re a 2-doctor (looking to add our 3rd!),
full-service practice serving primarily companion animals with a
collaborative team culture that values laughter, balance, and

your own quality of life. The Medical Director Opportunity As our
Medical Director, you will: - Serve as the clinical leader of the
hospital, driving medical quality and patient care standards. -
Provide mentorship and oversight for associate veterinarians. -
Partner with the Hospital Manager to manage hospital operations,
including budgeting, staffing, and workflow optimization. - Promote
a collaborative, supportive, and positive team environment. - Help
identify and implement new service offerings aligned with your

hospital offers 5 exam rooms, a comfort suite with private
entrance/exit, digital radiography, ultrasound, and two dental
tables. - Supportive Team: Strong tech-to-doctor ratios and a

Balanced Schedule: 4-day work week, no weekends or on-call, 60
minute lunch - Diverse Caseload: Primarily dogs and cats, with one
DVM seeing pocket pets Your Ideal Background - 5 years of clinical
experience - Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in California -
Passion for leadership, mentorship, and team culture - Committed to
practicing the highest standards of medicine - Skilled in balancing
clinical work with operational oversight What We Offer -
Competitive Compensation: Up to $180,000 base salary depending on
experience production-based bonuses - Generous sign-on and
