Job Description First Connect Health is seeking a travel Clinical Lab Scientist (CLS) for a travel job in Willits, California. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Clinical Lab Scientist (CLS) - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 02/09/2026 - Duration: 26 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel 5 x8s, 8am to 4:30pm, Day Shift M - F, but will require some flexibility to support staff in emergency situations after hours. Valid CA CLS license is required. ASCP or NCA certification is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of laboratory experience (5 preferred). One year of leadership experience preferred. Must be a Generalist CLS. Education and Work Experience: - Bachelor's Degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, biological sciences, chemical sciences or allied health technologies or equivalent: Required - Master's Degree: Preferred - Five years' clinical laboratory experience: Preferred - One year's leadership experience: Preferred - Must have at least 1 year of leadership experience.
