Labor/Delivery RN in Vacaville, California, 95687! Job Title: Labor
& Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) Location: Vacaville, CA
Position Details Specialty: Maternal Child Health (MCH) – RN
Schedule: 12-hour Night shifts | 36 hours/week | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Contract Duration: 13 weeks Key Responsibilities Provide
comprehensive nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients
Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout labor and delivery
Assist with high-risk deliveries and emergency situations
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Support
physicians and midwives during deliveries Educate patients and
families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care Maintain accurate
and timely documentation Follow hospital policies, safety
standards, and infection control protocols Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery experience (within the
last 3 years) Graduate of an accredited nursing program Active RN
license (state where care is provided) Current certifications: BLS
(Basic Life Support) NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) ACLS
