across three clinical sites with a total annual delivery volume of
7,000 with an average NICU census of 36 Management of micropreemies
with advanced ventilation techniques Small baby unit, surgical
services, therapeutic hypothermia, and neonatal transport services
90% of shifts at 35-bed Level III NICU Large maternal-fetal
