empowers teams and improves care at every level. The Quality
Improvement Manager provides oversight and leadership on
agency-wide quality and performance improvement initiatives -
encompassing both clinical and non-clinical functions. Salary:
$104,200-$121,955, depending on experience Benefit Highlights:
Employer-paid Health Insurance (medical, dental and vision): 100%
for employee and 80% for dependents. 17 days PTO per year, 11 Paid
Holidays, 8 Sick Days (1 hour for every 30 hours worked) Retirement
Plan with 6% match Your Responsibilities: Implements the Quality
and Performance Improvement (QAPI) Program in alignment with the
organization's mission, strategic goals, federal/state regulations,
and accreditation standards. Develops and delivers ongoing training
to equip staff with the knowledge and tools needed for continuous
improvement; leads, coaches, and supports teams in rapid-cycle
improvement. Analyzes, updates, and enhances standard operating
procedures and workflows to drive efficiency, service excellence,
safety, and consistency. Ensures leadership and the Board of
Directors stay informed on quality improvement initiatives, project
status, and organizational performance. Qualifications: A
Bachelor's Degree in HealthCare, Nursing, Health Administration or
equivalent experience Technical Skills/Requirements: Proficient in
Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Teams,
SharePoint and Outlook. 1 years of quality improvement experience 1
years managed care experience Knowledge of AAAHC and NCQA standards
Medicaid and Medicare experience 1-2 years management/leadership
