Job Description Job Title: Psychiatrist Compensation: 60% of Net
Collections; (Estimated earning potential of $210-$270 per clinical
session) Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor (practice
requirement of at least 16 hours per week) Schedule: At least 16
clinical hours per week; hybrid at least 1 day onsite (option to
grow into full-time hours if desired); preferred schedule is Friday
and Saturday Location: This is a hybrid position with at least 1
day per week in person role based out of Brentwood, TN Role Summary
Tennessee Mental Health & Psychiatry Group, which partners with and
operates out of the Southeast Psych offices, is seeking a highly
qualified, Board-Certified Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to join our
thriving private, cash pay practice in Brentwood, TN. Our ideal
candidate is an experienced clinician who is passionate about
providing comprehensive psychiatric care across the lifespan—ages 5
through 80—in an outpatient setting who works a minimum of 16 hours
per week with at least 1 day per week in person. Psychiatrist
Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations,
diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients in the outpatient
setting. Provide medication management and therapy to a diverse
patient population. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in
compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. Stay
current with advancements in psychiatric treatment and research
methodologies. Make referrals for psychotherapy when indicated and
collaborate with all other mental health professionals involved in
the patient’s care to ensure comprehensive treatment. Maintain
accurate and confidential client records completely all
documentation in compliance with legal/ethical standards. Advocate
for clients' needs and rights, including access to psychiatric
services and medications. Other duties as assigned. Psychiatrist

hybrid capacity Requirements Active, unrestricted medical license
in Tennessee Board-Certified Psychiatrist (MD or DO) Possess and
maintain a valid Drug Enforcement Administration (“DEA”) number and
all other licenses and certificates that may be lawfully required
to prescribe medications, including controlled substances; Minimum
of 2 years’ experience treating children, adolescents, adults, and
older adults (ages 5–80) in private practice Strong understanding
of psychiatrist assessment, diagnosis, medication management, and
therapeutic techniques Knowledge of evidence-based interventions in
