Job Description:
Kaiser Permanente Georgia is seeking a dedicated and skilled
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team.
This role is pivotal in providing high-quality anesthesia services
in a variety of surgical settings, ensuring optimal patient safety
and care. Aligned with our mission to integrate care and coverage,
the CRNA will work closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and
other medical professionals to tailor anesthetic plans to
individual patient needs, while fostering a holistic approach
towards health improvement. Assess patient health status and
anesthesia needs prior to surgery. Develop and implement anesthetic
plans in collaboration with healthcare teams. Monitor patient
response to anesthesia and adjust administration accordingly.
Ensure documentation and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Educate patients and families on preoperative and postoperative
care. Expertise in anesthesia techniques and protocols Ability to
work collaboratively in fast-paced surgical environments Strong
decision-making and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and
written communication skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance

Registered Nurse and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Active
state license as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Anesthetist BLS
(Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
