Job Description:
Operating Room RN Manager San Leandro, California $145K-$175K
$20,000 Sign-On Bonus Relocation Assistance Provide By Hospital
Responsibilities: Assures great service, growth, development, and
personnel management to ensure consistency in the Operating Room
(OR) Department. Develops, implements, and evaluates the Operating
Room (OR) program to ensure quality patient care consistent with
the Hospital mission. Maintains complete and accurate records of
assessments within the Operating Room (OR) Department. Promotes a
collaborative, interdisciplinary approach towards patients,
families and all members of the Operating Room team.
Qualifications: • ADN is required, BSN preferred. • Valid State
Licensure as a Registered Nurse / RN or eligible for reciprocity. •
Association of Peri-Operative Registered Nurses (AORN)
certification preferred, but not required. • Minimum of 3 years of
Operating Room / OR experience as a Registered Nurse / RN required.
