Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Experience with restorative and geriatric therapy treatment plans preferred. Ability to manage caseloads, complete documentation, and communicate with interdisciplinary teams. Client requires availability to work a 5x8 days pattern with scheduled daily hours. This client-specific requirement is mandatory. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift: Days. Shift hours: 0800-1630. Work days: Sunday through Saturday as scheduled to cover a 5x8 pattern. Assignment length: 15 weeks (contract). Guaranteed weekly hours: 35. Meal break: 30 minutes per shift. Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facility locations as needed.
