Job Description The successful candidate would some past experience assisting customers and sales representatives in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Packaging Products a plus but not required. Candidate should have a desire to perform a multitude of tasks in a small office environment and be prepared to ---wear many hats---. Candidate should have a desire for long term employment where job growth and advancement within the company is their goal. Responsibilities Include: Working directly with Sales Reps/Customers via phone and email Navigating multiple systems Efficient follow ups/Monitoring Custom Orders Working closely with different departments within the company Responsible for timely and accurate entry of orders for specific sales reps Replying to heavy volume of emails in timely manner Filing M-F 8:30 to 5:30 Desired Skills: -A ---people--- person with knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word programs is preferred. -A strong drive, & work ethic. -An ability to develop and maintain business relationships with Acorn customers. -Being proactive on the sales front. Not intimidated by the selling process and steering customers to the areas where they, and the company, are well served. -Specific packaging industry experience a plus but not mandatory.
