This is not a remote position and will require regional short-term travel.The Senior Corporate Recruiter will report to the HR Director and play a key role in establishing the company's recruiting operation. Your day-to-day duties will consist of candidate sourcing, resume sorting, interviewing, and onboarding. The hiring atmosphere can range from high-volume/fast-paced recruiting for our field positions, to a slower-paced, more thorough recruiting process for our office positions. Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers
• Establishing recruiting processes
• Managing applicant tracking software
• Sourcing candidates via the company website, online job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, career fairs, etc.
• Conducting phone screens and in-person interviews
• Job posting
• Interfacing with HR to begin onboarding new hires
• Interview scheduling for hiring managers
• Candidate staging tracking
• Applicant sorting; deciding which candidates to move forward and which to eliminate
• General administrative functions as they relate to recruiting Requirements/Skills
  • Associates or bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 3 years of recruiting and/or HR experience preferred
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking software and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience recruiting for professional positions
  • Experience recruiting for field/labor positions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Willingness to travel short-term to recruiting events
