As a team member, you will play a vital role in our operations and will have the opportunity to support our recruiting strategies and be part of our mission to expand our reach in the Pacific Northwest. Your main responsibilities will include administrative support, processing candidate information, and managing payroll for the local branch. As you progress in your role, you will be introduced to recruiting tasks such as sourcing candidates and developing innovative recruiting strategies. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and task management skills, be comfortable with heavy phone and email use, and be able to multitask and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google suites is a must, as well as experience in customer service. Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly preferred. You should also have reliable transportation as off-site recruiting and client visits may be required. This is a full-time position with a pay range depending on experience is $18 - $22 hourly. The schedule is a Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift possibility of overtime and occasional weekend availability. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and 1-year experience in recruiting and Microsoft Office is a plus.
