? Provides end-to-end support of the Internet banking platform
including system enhancements and upgrades, ensuring availability
of applications to users, with minimal down times and/or
? Leverages Internet banking for consistent cross-channel member
experience and as an effective platform for full self-service and
end-to-end transaction processing and fulfillment.
? High school diploma or equivalent.
? BA/BS in Business, Computer Technology/Science or related field
? Minimum 3 years? experience with Internet banking systems.
? Experienced with various software applications and operating
systems including MS Office, Windows, OSX, iOS, and Android.
? Minimum 3 years? networking experience in an enterprise
? Experience with mobile banking operations preferred.
Skills & Abilities:
? Professional verbal and written communication skills. Proper
grammar and spelling are essential.Editing and proofreading skills.
Ability to produce copy under tight deadlines.
? Working knowledge of server hardware configurations, performance
characteristics, and networking.
? Thorough knowledge of Internet browsers, including but not
