Job Description:

Our well established financial services client is looking for an e-Commerce Specialist with a focus on Mobile Banking.

Primary Objectives:

? Designs, develops, implements and maintains the mobile platforms, to include but not limited to middleware, Apple iOS client, Android client, Mobile website client and HTML 5 web client.

? Provides end-to-end support of mobile banking applications including system enhancements and upgrades, ensuring availability of applications to users, with minimal down times and/or errors.

? Leverages mobile application for consistent cross-channel member experience and as an effective platform for full self-service and end-to-end transaction processing and fulfillment.

Qualifications:

? High school diploma or equivalent.

? Minimum 3 years? experience with mobile banking systems/applications.

? Experience with Android/Apple Object C and xCode Development, HTML 5 Mobile Website Development, JSON Java Web Service Development and Application Support.

? Financial institution experience preferred.

Skills & Abilities:

? Professional verbal and written communication skills. Proper grammar and spelling are essential.Editing and proofreading skills. Ability to produce copy under tight deadlines.

? Working knowledge of server hardware configurations, performance characteristics, and networking.

? Working knowledge of project management and product lifecycle stages.

? Thorough knowledge of Internet browsers, including but not limited to Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, iOS, and Android Webkit.

? Ability to troubleshoot and effectively resolve issues in a timely manner.

? Ability to work independently and motivated to achieve goals with minimal supervision.

? Ability to work effectively with team members, other departments, management and members to accomplish assigned tasks and goals within established timeframes.

? Uses and understands multiple corporate systems as well as 3rd party applications used exclusively for customer support and maintenance, including but not limited to the internet banking application, CheckfreeRXP consumer bill payment system, business internet banking systems includes customer, administration, and multi-factor/risk-based authentication.

? Ability to tracks and remediate metrics and trends of application performance.

? Excellent customer service skills. Multi-tasking is crucial and the ability to learn quickly is a must.
