Director, Technical Program Management and Product

Management is new to our Technology Services organization. The role
is responsible for delivering the book of work across our
technology team, from GTM & Finance systems to IT to Compliance &
Risk. While the TPM function is established and growing, our
Product function for this team is brand new and will initially be
focused on our Sales team, ensuring they have the data and tools to
deliver on our GTM strategy across the globe. We need a leader who
has built and led these functions in the past, who is able to
partner with senior leaders across our company, and ensure that our
Technology Services team is delivering for our business.This is a
full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely
in the United States.What you'll do at Figma:
- Lead our team of TPMs delivering on the evolution of our
billing model, compliance with our ITGC framework, integration of
our acquisitions and restructure of our identity model (among other
things)
- Define and build our Product function to make sure our
engineering teams are enabling our Sales team with the latest
technology to deliver the next phase of our GTM strategy
- Structure and host regular portfolio reviews to ensure our
capacity is aligned to our top priorities and we are delivering on
schedule
- Define and manage our roadmaps so our stakeholders are aligned
to our timelines and our teams are deliveringWe'd love to hear from
you if you have:
- 5+ years leading a team of TPMs and/or Product Managers
(preferably both)
- 5+ years experience delivering solutions to Finance and/or
Sales team (preferably both)
- 5+ years delivering company-wide corporate IT solutions,
preferably for a technology company
- 5+ years experience with stakeholder and roadmap
management
- Fluency with Agile delivery practicesWhile not required, it's
an added plus if you also have:
- Experience building or managing an IT General Controls
framework
- Experience with managing Compliance and Risk work, including

or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range
stated below.Job level and actual compensation will be decided
based on factors including, but not limited to, individual
qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process
(including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact,
and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The
listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be
modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the
pay range is localized according to employee work location by a
factor of between 80% and 100% of range. Please discuss your

in the future.Annual Base Salary Range (SF/NY Hub):$228,000 -
