Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
practical experience. 5 years of experience in a business function
or role (e.g., marketing, business operations, consulting). 5 years
of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical
presentations to executive leadership. 5 years of experience
working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance,
and other stakeholders. Experience building accessibility best
practices, and incorporating accessibility into product development
methodologies. Preferred qualifications: 5 years of experience in
software development or engineering. Experience with content
policy, adversarial abuse, and policy enforcement. About the job At

this role, you will have a unique opportunity to progress the
product strategy and roadmap to help YouTube to scale enforcement
against adversarial and co-ordinated abuse. You will directly own
the roadmaps for core platforms spanning infrastructure and tooling
to enable comprehensive support against adversarial and scaled

all together. The US base salary range for this full-time position
is $163,000-$237,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are
determined by role, level, and location. Within the range,
individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant

Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end product life-cycle for
critical infrastructure, from requirements definition to launch and
iteration. Partner closely with Detection, Engineering, and Scaled
Abuse to ensure seamless integration of enforcement and measurement
tools. Act as the primary bridge between technical infrastructure
teams and operational business partners, managing expectations,
roadmap dependencies, and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Define
and drive the product goal for adversarial enforcement
infrastructure, translating operational needs into scalable
technical solutions.
