Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
practical experience. 7 years of experience in data analytics,
Trust and Safety, policy, cyber-security, or related fields.
Preferred qualifications: Master's degree or PhD. Experience in
SQL, building dashboards, data collection/transformation,
visualization/dashboards. Experience in a scripting/programming
language (e.g., Python). Ability to influence key stakeholders
across geographies to contribute towards continuous improvement of
operations. Ability to influence cross-functionally at various
levels. Excellent communication and presentation skills (written
and verbal). About the job Trust & Safety team members are tasked
with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge
the safety and integrity of our products. They use technical
know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and
proactive communication to protect users and our partners from
abuse across Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google
Ads. On this team, you're a big-picture thinker and strategic
team-player with a passion for doing what’s right. You work
globally and cross-functionally with Google engineers and product
managers to identify and fight abuse and fraud cases at Google
speed - with urgency. And you take pride in knowing that every day

highest levels of user safety. As a Policy Enforcement Manager
working in the New Products “Big Bets” space, you will be part of a
tight knit, global team with exposure across all of Trust and
Safety’s verticals, as well as a close partnership with YouTube
product teams. This role is fast paced, highly visible, and has a

full-time position is $142,000-$205,000 bonus equity benefits. Our
salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within
the range, individual pay is determined by work location and
additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and

Responsibilities Lead Enforcement and Operations for “Big Bet” new
product areas. Dive into new complex spaces, and take a keen
understanding of business models and use it to design top notch
operations plans. Evaluate new risk vectors (often with no
precedence), and help design Trust and Safety plans to mitigate
risk. Be able to spot problems, and help raise solutions to
leadership. Have a good understanding of top Trust and Safety
priorities across Operations and Technology, and leverage that
knowledge when designing solutions. Partner with stakeholders
across Product, Engineering, Business Analytics, and Vendor
Operations to ensure products on YouTube can launch in a safe and
trusted manner. Review graphic, controversial and offensive video
content in-line with YouTube’s Community Guidelines. Handle
escalations with fast turn-around time to define the best plan and
provide timely updates to executives.
