Job Description Job Description Job Title: Material Handler Forklift Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Material Handler Forklift operator who is proficient in computer use and capable of operating a sit-down forklift. The role involves verifying paperwork, managing work orders, and moving products safely. Responsibilities Verify paperwork and work orders to ensure accuracy. Follow shipping instructions meticulously. Kit and move products in a safe manner using a sit-down forklift. Load and unload trucks efficiently. Manage material handling tasks including picking, packing, and packaging. Essential Skills Proficiency in using a computer. Proper communication skills with the ability to read and write effectively. Ability to operate and train as a forklift operator with a preferred experience of 2 years. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in palletizing, packing boxes, and material handling. Experience with shipping and receiving processes. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Middletown, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.41 - $22.41/hr.
