The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction of multifamily and mixed-use apartment buildings from start to finish. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the construction process for multifamily and mixed-use apartment buildings, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
• Hire, train, and supervise construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of all construction activities, including daily progress reports, work orders, and change orders.
• Communicate regularly with project owners, stakeholders, and other team members to ensure that everyone is informed of project status and any issues that arise.
• Attend regular meetings with project owners, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status and discuss any issues or concerns.Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on multifamily and mixed-use apartment buildings.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
