With a goal of becoming the most trusted name in premium proteins, we create products for consumers and for retail and foodservice customers around the globe, while changing the way animals are raised for food.SummaryWorks in the Weigh & Price cooler pulling racks, loading baskets, staging product and feeding conveyer belt lines.Shift Schedules:A - Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm plus OTB - Monday-Friday 2:30pm - 11:00pm plus OTCompensation DataThis position has a target hourly wage of $20.40.Principal and Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesMoves racks to designated area within the Weigh & Price coolerPlaces packaged product on production line conveyor beltStates necessary product in preparation for production lineLoads baskets of productMaintains work area clean and safe.Participates in the company and departmental safety programs.Complies with all company policies and procedures.Benefit Package Include:Medical/Dental/Vision401 K MatchPaid Time OffDaily Overtime PayAnd much more!Minimum EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent is beneficial but not required.Experience RequirementsAbility to work as a team player is essential.Attendance is an essential function of this job.Read product labels in English.Experience PreferredBilingual in English and Spanish is helpful but is not required.Environmental Factors and Physical RequirementsRequired to work in the cooler for the duration of the shift. Works entire shift while standing.Ability to make repetitive motion movements using arms, hands and wrists for an entire shift.Ability to stand the entire shift and use the hands, wrists and arms repetitively. Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs.The work environment is wet, cold and noisy. The level of noise varies from moderate to extreme.
