Job Description:We are looking for a highly skilled Data
Scientist to join our innovative team! In this role, you'll work on
cutting-edge projects, leveraging advanced machine learning, deep
learning, and natural language processing (NLP) techniques. You'll
build, deploy, and optimize models, conduct statistical analysis,
and help shape data-driven strategies.Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement machine learning algorithms, including
regression, classification, clustering, and ensemble methods.
- Develop deep learning models with frameworks like TensorFlow
and PyTorch for tasks like image recognition and NLP.
- Perform extensive exploratory data analysis (EDA) and
statistical analysis, including A/B testing, hypothesis testing,
and feature scaling.
- Utilize state-of-the-art transformer models and fine-tune them
for specific tasks using techniques like LoRA, QLoRA, and
PEFT.
- Build and manage MLOps pipelines for continuous integration,
deployment, and monitoring.
- Work with large-scale data processing tools like PySpark and
distributed systems.
- Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalable
compute, storage, and model deployment.
- Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate using
Kubernetes.
- Explore and implement Generative AI techniques, including
prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business
needs into technical solutions.Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and libraries like Pandas, NumPy,
Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face.
- Deep knowledge of machine learning and deep learning
algorithms.
- Experience with NLP, transformers, and sequence models.
- Familiarity with fine-tuning and parameter-efficient techniques
(PEFT, LoRA, QLoRA).
- Hands-on experience with MLOps tools and practices.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and experimental
design.
- Experience with cloud services for AI/ML (e.g., AWS SageMaker,
Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI).
- Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.Preferred
Qualifications:
- Experience with vector databases and RAG techniques.
- Familiarity with reinforcement learning and generative
adversarial networks (GANs).
- Exposure to time series analysis and anomaly detection.
- Knowledge of distributed computing frameworks like Ray or
Dask.
