We are seeking individuals that can provide professional service and support to our customers by performing warranty and non-warranty service repairs.We offer all full-time employees:Medical, Dental and Vision insurance401(k) planVacation paySick Days and Paid HolidaysPerformance based bonusesREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Education: High School diploma or equivalentLicense/Certification requirement (s): Valid Class C driver's license with a clean MVRExperience:* Minimum 1 year working in construction.* Read, write, and understand the English language* Previous customer service experienceESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:* Act as a liaison between customers field technicians, and company* Plan and manage service appointments to ensure service issues are resolved promptly* Maintain and update service tickets and reports* Schedule, assign, and manage service jobs to appropriate service technician* Determine and order tools/equipment needed to complete a service job* Provide timely resolution of customer complaints and concerns regarding manufactured products* Manages calls and coordinates jobs into the service application system* Adheres to established company policies, procedures, and safety regulations* Address and resolve any issues or customer complaintsPROFESSIONAL SKILLS & ABILITIES:* .Represent the company with professionalism and qualified installation expertise in communication whether defects are result of faulty manufacturing of product or poor installation.* Perform adjustments to products onsite by replacing parts and pieces with knowledge of product lines and fenestration standards required.* Review service work orders and prepare plan for scope of work* Assist with onsite water testing as the representative for the company* This position reports directly to the Operations Manager* Experience in the fenestration field preferred* Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner using analytical assessment* Proficient use of hand tools to include: tape measure, level, saws, drills* Computer literacy with ability to learn new computer software programs* Excellent written and oral communication skillsPHYSICAL DEMANDS:Must be physically capable to climb ladders up to 40 feet and lift and maneuver a minimum of 50 pounds as needed. Full hand dexterity required.WORK ENVIRONMENT:Exposure to adverse and varying weather conditions which may include extreme hot/cold temperatures. Fast paced environment involving irregular and long work hours.
