NOW HIRING! Solano Irrigation District is seeking candidates to join the M&I Operations team as an Operator/Shift Operator and Supervisor at the Water Treatment Plant. Operator/Shift Operator, Water Treatment $64,334.40 - $109,262.40/annually The Operator/Shift Operator performs semi-skilled and skilled tasks related to the operation and maintenance of water treatment plants, such as conducting standard chemical and water quality tests, making repairs to plant equipment, and collecting water samples for analysis. We are looking for applicants who possess a California State Water Resources Control Board certification in Treatment at level T2, T3, or higher; and a certification in Distribution at level D1 or higher. Supervisor, Water Treatment $105,851.20 - $128,668.80/annually The Supervisor plans, organizes, and directs staff responsible for the operation and maintenance of the District's water treatment facilities. They receive and respond to public concerns and questions regarding water quality issues, and direct adjustments to treatment operations as necessary.
