Are you an experienced HVAC expert looking to advance your career in a management role? We need an HVAC service manager to oversee our staff of technicians and take the lead on projects. As our company grows, we need someone who can quickly identify and fix HVAC issues while keeping our team motivated and on schedule. In this role, you will use your HVAC service and installation skills to ensure quality work while providing exceptional customer service. You will also support our personnel in order for us to reach and exceed our revenue goals. This role requires 3-5 years of HVAC service and installation experience and good management skills. Responsibilities:

--- Establish and present technical training courses for technicians by evaluating their requirements, producing materials, and running courses
--- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair regulations
--- Perform regular inspections to assess the performance and safety of HVAC systems, recommending repairs or upgrades as necessary
--- Develop and implement service schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and customer satisfaction
--- Supervise a group of HVAC workers to guarantee timely and effective servicing, maintenance, and installation


Qualifications:

--- Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus
--- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills
--- Proven customer service experience as a manager; strong customer-focused mentality
--- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
--- Three or more years of experience in HVAC service, with some in a management role


About Company:
