SYSTEMS ANALYST [Job ID #04]- FREMONT, CACommunicate with clients to gather business requirements and identify business needs. Define business requirements and develop functional specifications. Perform business process mapping activities based on an understanding of client business processes. Write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs across different operating systems. Study existing information processing systems to evaluate effectiveness and propose enhancements to improve production. May perform SAP configuration activities. Prepare recommendations for implementing new systems or procedures. Create project documentation such as requirements documents, test plans, and technical design documents. Translate business requirements into conceptual and user interface models for technical development. Validate technical enhancements using various testing methodologies. Observe and support during user acceptance testing. Coordinate with system administrators and configuration management teams during deployment in various environments. Resolve issues encountered by business users post-deployment.Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in computer, IT, business, economics, science, arts, commerce, or a closely related field.
• One (1) year of work experience in the role or as an IT/Computer/Systems/Application Analyst, Technical/Functional Consultant, Software Engineer/Developer/Tester, or a related occupation.
• Employer is willing to accept a three- or four-year Bachelor's degree.
