Salary: $45,000 annual salary, paid weekly Commission Rehash
(Revenue Collected Only): 2% commission on total weekly
sales/install revenue collected 5% commission on repairs and
service revenue collected Commission B2B (Revenue Collected Only):
You will receive Up to 5% of the gross collected revenue from
accounts you bring into TRIO for the first 12 months . After that,
the commission rate will be 3% for ongoing account management,
provided you remain a TRIO employee. Bonuses: 1% commission on
total monthly revenue collected exceeding $100,000 $19.95 bonus per
membership sold at point of call (not by the tech on site) $25
bonus per Google and other platform reviews $50 per Yelp review
Resources Provided: First 30 Days: Gas reimbursement for
business-related travel (no company vehicle included). The employee
will use their own vehicle for all B2B sales and rehash-related
travel (excluding commuting to and from work). Eligibility for a
company vehicle will be assessed after the 30-day probationary
period, based on role alignment(Rehash/B2B) iPad, computer, and

a rapidly expanding company Position Overview The B2B Sales &
Rehash Specialist is responsible for outside sales efforts, client
re-engagement, and business development. This role is designed for
a highly motivated sales professional who will spend more than 50%
of their time outside of the office engaging in face-to-face sales
interactions. The primary focus is to convert potential customers
who didn’t initially move forward with services while also
developing business relationships to expand Trio Heating & Air’s
presence in commercial and vendor markets. Key Responsibilities B2B
Outside Sales & Business Development Conduct face-to-face sales
meetings with potential customers to re-engage and close deals.
Travel to meet B2B clients, vendors, and commercial partners to
develop new business relationships. Develop and execute a strategic
sales plan to expand business relationships and meet/exceed sales
targets. Manage vendor relationships and ensure marketing
initiatives align with business goals. Execute on-site assessments,
proposals, and negotiations to close high-value deals. Client
Rehash & Follow-Up Follow up with customers who initially declined
service, converting them into closed sales. Develop customized
follow-up strategies to increase conversion rates and maximize
weekly revenue collected. Utilize company-provided CRM tools to
track interactions, maintain sales records, and optimize rehash
efforts. Sales, Marketing & Performance Reporting Measure and
report on key sales metrics, revenue collected, and conversion
rates to the executive team. Collaborate across teams to align
sales, marketing, and business development efforts. Continuously
refine B2B sales strategies based on market trends and performance
data. Track and optimize marketing campaigns for maximum ROI.
Qualifications 5 years of sales experience (B2B or
direct-to-consumer). Proven track record of exceeding sales
targets. Experience in relationship-based sales, networking, and
business development. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (ServiceTitan a plus). Self-driven with
excellent time management and organizational skills. Work
Requirements Employee must spend more than 50% of their time in the
field conducting in-person sales. Employee will use their own
vehicle for business-related travel in the first 30 days (gas
reimbursement provided). After the probationary period, eligibility
for a company vehicle will be evaluated. Remote work may be
considered based on company needs; however, at least one in-office
workday per week is required. Attendance at all major company
meetings and events is mandatory. Additional Notes: Commission is
only paid on revenue collected , not sales booked. First 30 days:
Employee will use their own vehicle for business-related travel,
with gas reimbursement. After 30 days: A company vehicle will be
provided. Vehicle Eligibility is only for B2B position - Eligible
once bringing $40k sales from B2B in 1 month. Once eligible for
vehicle it will be provided in the form of a stipend that will
cover both monthly cost of a vehicle and monthly insurance cost for
the vehicle.Gas is reimbursed regardless if eligible for vehicle or
not for B2B efforts only. This role is ideal for a results-driven
