What We Offer Competitive pay: $22/hour to $28/hour (including overtime and holiday pay) Weekly paychecks Paid training: Virtual, online, and hands-on learning 401(k) Ongoing development: Access to CareAcademy and 24/7 caregiver support Referral bonuses and appreciation initiatives What You’ll Do As an in-home caregiver, you’ll deliver essential support and companionship to your clients, helping them maintain a high quality of life at home. Responsibilities include: Assist with personal care (hygiene, mobility, incontinence care, meal prep, etc.) Provide light housekeeping and maintain a safe, clean environment Execute personalized care plans and track task completion Engage with clients socially and emotionally to promote well-being Monitor and report any changes in client health or behavior Who You Are You are a dependable, compassionate, and empathetic professional with a heart for caregiving. You are proactive, calm under pressure, and dedicated to delivering high-quality service.
